Entertainer Dan Aykroyd and Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, former lead guitarist for Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers, perform at a benefit at the Hard Rock Cafe on E St. in Washington to raise money to provide calling cards for U.S. Troops on Friday. The event hosted by the The Large Public Power council also included a performance by Rep. Joe Crowley, D-N.Y., members of the USO, and the band known as the FBI.
